Wonderful location, lovely hosts, stunning views. We loved when our host showed us the villa and told us the fascinating story of the estate and its previous owner, Mrs Towne Merrick. An unexpected gem.

"A beautiful place to relax with the family and very nice village, peace, beauty of nature."

Staying in the villa was great. Very nice village, peace, beauty of nature, very pleasant host. We were on vacation with a small baby and believe me, nothing was really hard because we had everything practical for a stay with a child. (For her second birthday, she received a surprise gift from Patricia. We are very grateful to her because she is still cuddling with the teddy bear :)

"The best place to stay in Tuscany"

Everything was amazing! the property beautiful, from the garden, the pool, and the view it was such a special place. There is so much beauty and history in this villa. Patrizia and Giovanni are also so sweet, friendly, and caring. This has been one of our favourite places to stay. The apartment is spacious and has a kitchen, living room area, and a spacious bedroom. It is also very close to other small villages like Vinci, and a short drive or train ride to Florence. Overall fantastic stay! We miss it already
