Kenwingston Skyloft Apartment Doorsteps to BRT Subang USJ

L’état général de l’appartement était très loin des belles photos de l’annonce. La plupart des meubles sont défoncés, les rideaux déchirés, les murs sont sales et internet ne fonctionnait pas. Le rideau de la chambre est tenu par des serres flex ce qui empêche d’ouvrir le rideau. L’état de l’appartement est inadmissible. Nous avons essayé d’être relogé via le service client booking qui a été d’une grande INEFFICACITÉ. Il a fallu rappeler en France pour parler à quelqu’un car au bout de 24h après notre plainte sur l’appli ils ne. Ils avaient même pas contacté. JE SUIS DÉGOÛTÉE. Et aucun traitement particulier alors que je suis Genius 3!

Convenient for Subang marathon. Nothing to complain about. It’s basic but well organised.

Location apartment is well maintained

The area under the bed is dusty and hasn’t been cleaned by the cleaners. It would be helpful to have a clothing rack for hanging clothes after washing. The bedsheet and mattress in the master bedroom are uncomfortable. There was a sensation similar to static electricity or small sparks, likely due to the material.
