The place was infested with ants and we had to leave a few hours after we arrived because of this.
MYMYits close to sunway pyramid mall. While im doing my working, my son can go to mall.
not very comfortable. The bed have ant. All stuffs is in poor condition. Refrigerator not functioning well. Curtains in toilet is dirty. The towel is small for adult. The room is quite smelly.. Dont have dishwash. Dont have mug or glass. Only have coffee cup. Our room didnt same as shown in the picture at booking.com apps… My mistake because didnt read client review properly… last but not least, the parking is quite expensive. The management have to do something with this parking fee.

The person did not inform us of the planned water disruption. Not during or before payment, not even after checking in. If they had, it would have been an inconvenience but an understandable one that we could have planned around. Instead, after coming back at 10pm after a long day, I find no water. When asked, there is no apology just an image from building management that was clearly circulated prior. They then proceeded to ignore my multiple calls and text and refused to engage. The next morning, they were rude and arrogant and when I said was wasn’t returning the keys until this was mediated, they basically said “go ahead I don’t care”. In conclusion, staying here is fine but lord help you if you need anything or run into trouble. They won’t help and will be belligerent about it. Also the room is quite dated - lights don’t work so parts of the room is poorly lit and the couch needs to be dry cleaned because no one wanted to sit on the stained couch. The floor and bathtub was clean - if only I had been able to use it instead of spending money to buy bottles and bottles of water just to wash up.
