Location was great.

Balcony had so much built of bird poop , which is a major health concern - my dog actually did get sick from eating some of this. Looking around other properties invested time in cleaning this off their roofs . Spent a lot of my time there cleaning the balcony , the gutter was also blocked so that was unable to wash down off the balcony. The door to enter from the balcony needs to be fixed , it is extremely difficult to open and close.

Location, cost.

The crayfish vendors who came on to patio and stuck their heads into the house. Hate to think what their opportunistic intentions were.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Fully equipped. Cleaning staff very friendly. Plenty of space.

No welcome pack - not even a teabag. The oldest, most uncomfortable couch (sinking hole in the middle). Beds old and decrepit. Requested fresh batteries for the tv remote, and although promised, they never arrived. There was a guy standing outside one of the windows, just staring in for a good few minutes. Unfortunately, the upstairs apartment toilet was situated right above the bed - without adequate sound proofing. That was a little disturbing during the night.

Position, great spot, close to everything.

A lot. The beds were not very comfy, it was cramped, frosted windows everywhere... No firewood, fire lighter not working, only two small towels for us both, so my wife cant even wrap her hair after a shower. The oven not working... no detailed explanation about the property, like where keys are kept for the verandah. Gardan a bit shoddy. Front door needs kicking to open... bedroom door opens to a ghetto-like stone passage with barbed wire walls. None of the above are really dealbreakers, but when one holds them up against the cost of the unit per night the value argument is not a good one at all.
