Reserve el apartamento hace un año desde la App de booking donde no se indicaba que había que pagar una fianza. Antes de llegar al alojamiento me mandaron unos 7 emails, donde no se indicaba por ningún sitio lo de fianza. Al llegar allí, vino una chica para hacer el check-in y me dijo que había que pagarla pero no trajo check list para poder comprobar todo lo que está dañado en el apartamento, que es bastante, ya que es un apartamento muy demandado. Al final tuve que hacer un check list yo misma y pagar la fianza. No hubo problema para la devolución pero tengan en cuentan que hay que pagar 350€ de fianza. Las almohadas muy incómodas.

We really enjoyed our holiday in San Agustín. The beach is peaceful and relaxing, although it can be quite windy at times. The house is located directly on the beach. Parking is on the street, but we always managed to find a spot within about 200 meters, so it was never a problem. The apartment itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed, was clean. We also very much appreciated the possibility of a late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. Overall, everything else was really nice, and we had a great stay.

The only drawback was the bathroom – it is a bit outdated, has no window or fan, and the shower and toilet are in the same space. For four people, this can be slightly inconvenient.

The view is absolutely amazing. Even when it was a bit windy in the evening we could open small windows below ceiling so we could listen to sound of waves. The flat is well organized, got everything you might need. The area is not noisy
