Lovely quiet setting. Accommodation comfortable and clean and well provisioned. Stayed here last year.

Lovely little studio. Great views & private parking.

There should be a waste bin in the bathroom & small hand towels. In the kitchen, there should be T towels to dry dishes & a cloth or sponge to wash up with.

In a great position. Ideal for walking and could walk direct from the property either into Grassington or along the river. Good parking and had what we needed

Tv wasn’t fantastic. Picture a bit funny but didn’t really use it much anyway

Very nice clean studio.

No handrail on stairs to upper floor,we are an elderly couple.

The location was excellent but there is only 1 pub in the village which unfortunately was fully booked for both nights of our stay, so if your planning on eating there you need to ask the host to prebook in advance or you will have to drive to the next village

The downstairs had a kitchen area, which was very small, sufficient for eating/making tea but not for sitting in so you are confined to your bedroom to relax, which, to be fair Is large and has 2 chairs , so not too much of an issue

The property was perfect, extremely comfortable bed and spotless. The location was perfect, picturesque with lovely walks around. The host was very communicative and made us feel very at home. I would recommend this to anyone!

Beautifully furnished little studio in a fabulous location

Nothing really, a very minor thing - could have done with a tea towel & only had one side plate.
