Great location for two days walking in and around Grassington. Studio clean, warm, comfortable, well maintained and cared for. Car parking on site. Would recommend & definitely revisit.

Our second stay at Rectory Rooms. We really appreciated the tea, milk and cake left for us by the owners and were grateful for the quick response when we had a problem with the microwave. Linton is a lovely location, ideal for exploring North Yorkshire either by car or walking. Excellent meals available at the Fountaine Inn just over the bridge from Rectory Rooms.

Nothing, apart from the rain!!

Really lovely studio, gorgeous and comfortable bedroom and well equipped little kitchen. Did have a bit of an issue with the shower temperature as some others have mentioned but managed OK. Everything you need for a getaway, great location in a lovely setting with a pub in the village, and can get out to do walks without having to drive anywhere.
