Drie Kuilen Nature Reserve

It’s in the middle of nowhere. Amazing night sky.

A group booking of 6 were spread into 2 houses 20 minutes drive from one another. One had no internet or phone connection so we couldn’t even keep in contact with one another. It’s very far out of the way and from the actual location on google maps to the office is another 20 mins drive on poor dirt roads. Both our houses were infested with flies and mosquitoes. One of the houses was very modern and comfortable whilst the other was very old. Big contrast in the lodgings offered and very upsetting to be separated like this. We would not stay again.

Stefan our host was brilliant. He was very welcoming. He took us on an afternoon drive up to the top of a mountain. He knowledge about the wildlife and landscape were exceptional. He made us feel very welcome.

Sehr großzügig und komfortabel, geschmackvoll, wunderschöner Blick, toller, außergewöhnlicher Pool.

Ausstattung eher basic, offene Abflüsse mit Geruch, viele Fliegen.

Absolute tranquility and unspoiled nature at your door. Though very well constructed and comfortable bungalow, everything one can need for a peaceful holiday

The isolation and views were out of this world. It provided much need solitude.
