The room is quiet, clean, soft bed, full of water/coffee. Hair dryer, soap and toothbrush are provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

"OK. Not really a tourist hotel. No lift and no assistance with luggage. My room smelt of smoke"

Nothing special.

we were not expected. I booked early that morning on Booking.com, paid and got the confirmation emails but when we arrived about 5.15pm reception was not expecting us. We had to wait around until she contatced her boss
