Casa Matilda - Villasimius, 3 bedrooms, double private garden, sleeps 7

Casa Matilda è una location fantastica per diverse sfaccettature , la sua peculiarità è di trovarsi in un luogo di Villasimius a pochi passi dal centro, con il vantaggio di una tranquillità e privacy confortevole. Offre grandezza e spazzi molto ampi, con tre camere da letto comode e due bagni di ampie dimensioni . La casa si trova al pianterreno ed offre degli spazi esterni ampi, sia lato ponente e levante, con dei porticati intimi e attrezzati per passare serate in compagnia di cene con barbecue (presente nella casa) tra amici ,visto che la casa può ospitare comodamente 6 ospiti e più . Al nostro arrivo la struttura era molto pulita e piacevole, e soprattutto durante il nostro soggiorno il Sig.Roberto. è stato sempre a disposizione e gentile per ogni informazione ed esigenza da noi richiesta. I liked the location and the apartment really nice gardens with lovely seats outside.The staff was lovely as well.

The apartment was nice and had a lot of potencial but the kitchen was really small for 6 people and the matresses were REALLY uncomfortable,we were not able to sleep properly.The bad sheets and towels didn't feel clean at all.

Even better than whats on the pictures, we went there with 6 people and the place was great

Great location, very calm but at the same time close to the city centre. Communication with the host was excellent, our late arrival and later check out weren't a problem. The accommodation looks just like the pictures, everything was clean and well prepared.

It would be nice to have an electric kettle and WiFi.
