"Zusätzliche Kosten dafür das der Schlüssel in Safe muss bei Anreise nach 18 Uhr geht garnicht!"

die Lage.

Noch nie erlebt wenn der Schlüssel im Safe liegt das man dafür auch noch bezahlen muss. Ich empfinde das als ein Frechheit. 18 Uhr ist zu wer kann bitte immer zu dieser Zeit vor Ort sein. Ich finde das absolut unterirdisch. Dazu kommt das man dann am nächsten Tag auch noch vorbei kommen muss zwischen 10-16 Uhr und das Geld vor Ort bezahlen muss. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen verbringt man dann auch noch Zeit damit zum Büro zu fahren wo auch keine Parkmöglichkeit besteht. Kommt für uns nicht nochmal in Frage. Warum muss ich bezahlen dafür das Sie den Schlüssel vor Ihrer Bürotür in einen Safe legen? Das erschließt sich mir absolut nicht!!

Die Lage der Wohnung war top. Alles war per Fuß zu erreichen

Leider wurde in der Objektbeschreibung nicht erwähnt , das eine Strassenbaustelle 30 m Luftlinie war. Auf der Baustelle lief ein Dieselnotstromaggregat.Der Eigentümer war nicht bereit einen Mietminderung zu machen, da er nichts mit der Baustelle zu tun hat. Jedoch bei Lärm 24 Std lang , hat er sehr wohl damit zu tun.

Super Lage um Warnemünde zu erlaufen Gemütlich eingerichtet, ordentliches Bad, In der Küche alles vorhanden, gute Betten- Kopfteil einstellbar! Auto Stellplatz vorhanden

Es gab nichts auszusetzen! Ggf. Haken im Bad
