Kid's enjoyed the site and the location of caravan was handy for the park

Bin hadn't been emptied in bathroom, coffee was mouldy and sugar was old and had bit's in it. The bins were really smelly as well and hadn't been cleaned. Owners of caravan kept showing up on last day as well which I felt a bit unfair. The decking and stairs were quite unsteady also and need attention. It was a nice caravan but just wasn't great for us this time unfortunately.

Close to entertainment centre with fantastic see views

Sheet for sofa bed was filthy. Information said towels were provided, they were not. Shop was ludicrously expensive. Key safe was very difficult to get into.

Instructions to get the key were very poor. I had to phone 3 times before I could get into the place. The person had very poor English. The boiler had been turned off and there was no hot water until Saturday afternoon. There were no instructions on where to find the boiler or how to turn it on. Again the woman I spoke to was next to useless in offering help but she managed to explain that the boiler was behind a panel in the shower room.

I had to take my own towels and toilet paper! There were few kitchen items including knives and everything smelled strongly of detail to mask the musty smell of damp. It wasn’t easy to find as the name plate was tiny, with a large, misleading name on display so that I went looking for a place with a larger sign. There was an electrical heater with the control panel hanging off it and all the bare wires exposed- very dangerous. All in all. I don’t feel this was value for money. It was quite a stressful stay!

Great location and clean, second time visiting

I liked how close it was to the beach and the town centre. Walking distance for everything you need.

There was alot of cars with loud exhausts racing up and down the road to the lighthouse and can also be quite loud at night been so close to the pub but wouldn't let that put me off returning again.

The caravan has a great location with a fantastic view of the lighthouse. The location next to the play park was not a problem and there was no noise later at night. It was lovely to have the decking to sit out on which you don’t get with many of the other caravans on site booked through the main operator. We had a great stay here and would come back.

Could benefit from a few more wine glasses but apart from that the caravan was well equipped.

Location of the caravan park is great for beaches and the local attractions. We can't comment on the club house as we did not visit but the play area looked great for children.

The caravan was very dirty inside. Hair (likely pubic) all over the bathroom and bedding. Sink still had toothpaste in it. Fridge and bathroom still had previous occupants' items left behind. The provided kitchen sponges and dishcloth was disgustingly dirty and had to go straight in the bin. Couldn't access the caravan until after 1am as had not received the email with the code despite trying to contact both mobile numbers supplied. No description given as to where to find the key box either.
