Ambiente grande posizione ottima

Al mio arrivo non ho trovato neanche una bottiglia d'acqua; non esiste una macchinetta per il caffè ma solo la moka; non è messa a disposizione una dotazione base tipo olio o sale (cosa che trovo sempre in tutte le case); Il boiler perdeva e c'era una bacinella (posta sul frigo) per raccogliere l'acqua; Il letto presentava due doghe rotte; una presa (accanto al letto) totalmente fuori dalla sua sede; il lavandino non scaricava bene. Climatizzazione insufficiente Pessima attenzione ai dettagli

Doskonała lokalizacja, piękny widok, fantastyczny balkon, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, dość czysto, był zapas ręczników i kosmetyki do kąpieli.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki był jednak uciążliwy, to problem w kolejnym miejscu, które odwiedzam w Italii

The location of the place is fantastic, especially for those considering a summer stay. The view of the castle and the surrounding sea is sublime.

The shower was apparently damaged and had absolutely no water pressure. I informed the owner, explaining this problem, and I hope for his sake that this problem was solved. The main bedroom door was also unable to lock due to the poor workmanship of the installation. Not for the faint-hearted...3 stories and no lift. Keeps you healthy. :)wasn't exactly ecstatic taking the stairs with 20 kg+ of luggage.

Gute Lage. Schöner Ausblick. Bequeme Betten. Moderne Einrichtung. Gute Waschmaschine. Großes Appartement.

Leider ist der große Balkon nicht wirklich nutzbar. Es riecht extrem stark und übel aus dem Restaurant in der Hochparterre und zwar bereits vormittags bis spät in den Abend hinein. Lüften ist daher auch schwierig. Manchmal kommt der üble Geruch auch über den hinteren Teil des Apartments je nach dem, wie der Wind steht. Das Haus ist zudem leider sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn, insbesondere im Apartment darüber sind sehr laut, lassen nachts noch die Waschmaschine schleudern oder machen viel Lärm im Treppenhaus wenn sie abends nach Hause kommen und knallen zudem die Türen. Das Treppenhaus ist etwas herunter gekommen. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr unpersönlich.
