Η τοποθεσία και η θέα απο το μπαλκόνι.

Η παντελής έλλειψη καθαριότητας. Έμεινα 4 ημέρες και δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ ούτε οι πετσέτες ούτε τα σεντόνια. Επίσης δεν συγύρισε κανείς το διαμέρισμα τόσες μέρες ούτε στο ελάχιστο, π.χ. να στρώσει κάποιος το κρεββάτι κτλ . Το μόνο που έκαναν για να είμαι απολύτως ειλικρινής ήταν να αδειάζουν το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου και τίποτε άλλο. Οι πετσέτες την 3η μέρα μύριζαν μούχλα....Δοκίμασα να πάρω τηλεφωνο την κοπέλα που ήταν υπεύθυνη και δεν σήκωσε ποτέ το κινητό της. Το λες και αισχροκέρδια όλο αυτό?...δεν ξέρω

Brilliant apartment and a great stay in Agia Efimia. Location is perfect. Views over the bay from the balcony are excellent and being surrounded by forest meant constant birdsong and often the magical sound of goat bells tinkling all around. Balcony is permanently in shade (well-designed!) so never too hot to sit outside and enjoy the view.

We kregen de eerste 2 dagen een upgrade o.dat ons appartement nog verhuurder was. Was 1 verdieping hoge. Dit appartement was nog luxury en groter. Uitzicht fenominaal

Loved the quiet location on the edge of town, the hill up to the property was very steep. Excellent shower and full size bath towels. Fantastic views from the private balcony. Nicely decorated, very attractive, well equipped

A washing machine would have been useful and a light under the kitchen cupboards to light up the worktop area. The power socket outside the bathroom was loose and didn’t work. And finally didn’t like having to go home

Terrazza stupenda con un panorama bellissimo e ogni confort per poter mangiare e riposare fuori. La posizione della casa è perfetta, comodissima alle piccole spiagge di Agia Effimia e al centro del paese; la casa poi dista solo 15 minuti da Myrtos beach e Antisamos beach. Posizione davvero invidiabile! La casa ha ogni comodità, anche come dotazioni in cucina. Su tutti i materassi c'è il topper. L'appartamento ha a disposizione un posto auto coperto, molto utile considerando il caldo estivo. Visto che viaggiavamo con un bambino ci hanno fatto trovare un set di saponi delicati apposta per bambini, una piacevole attenzione.

Niente... Unica cosa è che le finestre non hanno tapparelle ma grosse tende quindi un po' di luce filtra. Qualche piccolo dettaglio che citiamo solo come consiglio da sistemare: la chiusura della doccia un po' complicata e una tovaglia da mettere a disposizione per proteggere il tavolo all'esterno.

-We found that the pictures were not very accurate in the advert, our booking confirmation was showing an image of a much bigger balcony, and of different interior design. We believe this needs to be advertised better as we can see there were other people commenting on the images being misrepresented - ensure you know which apartment you're getting before you go ahead with the booking. -We realise it's not much that can be done about this (as it's nature), but because the terrace was very close to the bushes, we had lots of tiny flies which made it somewhat unpleasant to sit outside. We recommend some citronella candles which helped a bit in our situation

Great accommodation, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Well equipped with microwave, sandwich toast maker, Nespresso machine, etc. Plenty of space to park, and was easy to find. Arranged a time to arrive via messaging, all very easy and with prompt responses. Good location on the edge of the village, and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Best bit is the most fantastic views over Agia Effima. Our host recommended the Pergola restaurant, it is a set back a bit from all the others on the front so could be missed, but is one of the best and most authentic Greek restaurants we've ever visited, so big thanks for the tip.

It's a bit steep walking up to the house. More than made up for by the views, but for any one with a mobility problem it might be an issue.

Ho soggiornato per 4 giorni a settembre 2023 L'alloggio, accogliente e vicino al centro, ha un terrazzino coperto con vista mare molto bella Agia Effimia, con le sue calette con mare cristallino, merita soggiorni anche più lunghi dei 4 giorni
