Waterside Apartments

A beautiful hotel with incredible views over the marina. Its a short walk into town (3-5 mins) where there are bars and restaurants. The hotel has a walk way down to the sea where you can go for a swim. The rooms are functional and clean and for us, great for a one night stop in the town and great value for money.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with our room where we booked a sea view and instead were given a ground floor garden room with no view. Certainly not ideal if you were staying for a while, but as we were stying for one night not the end of the world. The host was very apologetic.

The location was excellent. View was amazing.

The fridge was tiny and so old . It was rusty and the door was broken.

Waterside apartments are lovely. The apartment was well furnished, the beds and pillows were super comfy and the room although not big was big enough. The room was well designed with the small kitchen and the storage. There is a car park with lots of parking at the side. I loved the gardens and the deck, sunbathing area with access to the sea was wonderful. The sea is so nice to swim in. The location was just outside of the village with an easy 10 minute stroll to cafes etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tonia’s instructions for checkin were great.

There wasn’t really anything. It is on a main road into Effimia - which I can imagine would be a nightmare in high season for walking as they drive too fast. Also our room was on the roadside ( a terrace separating with a high wall ) but the glazing shuts out most of the noise so it wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, walking distance from the main town with restaurants and shops. The facilities were excellent and it was very clean. Loved the outdoor area and private dock for swimming.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Room and bed extremely comfortable. Lovely garden with sun loungers and views over the sea to the village. Short walk into the village with great restaurants. A wonderful stay and great base for exploring.

A toaster would be appreciated but everything else perfect.

Excellent location, stunning views, direct access to the sea. Hosts excellent met immediately on arrival, very accommodating.

Beautiful location and easy to walk to the many restaurants in the bay. The shared terrace is really nice and provides plenty of space outside. The cooking facilities are good if you want to make your own meals and there are 2 or 3 small supermarkets in the town. There are beautiful views from the apartment and a private swimming area
