Marijana is an amazing host ! She was really flexible for the check in and check out. She also shared some tips with us on the great things to do on the island :) The rent is simple but perfect for 2 days and the location, away from everything, is really peaceful and quiet.

We appreciated everything on our stay but an important information if we should come back: take a car, a must have to visit the different parts of the island !

Very friendly and helpful host! She explained us everything, helped us with transportation on the Island and seems to genuinely care about her customers! Its a very remote place, 100% recommend if you seek nature :)

Location. Quiet

Very quiet, large comfy bed, our daughter slept on the large sofa bed. Small garden terrace to sit outside.

No soap/ gel provided which could be problematic if travelling light. Bathroom door didn't close.

We loved this place. It was a phenomenal few days in a remote but perfect location. Mljet is a marvellous island, but for us Ropa was the mot idyllic spot to experience it. We were away from the more tourist spots although here has a small campsite nearby. The room was small but perfect, a huge bed and a great little kitchen. We walked forests, hills, found little coves to swim and tortoises and butterflies and a constant Cicada chorus. Swimming in the lagoons was wonderful and the lakes too, up in the national park. We walked (not far, around 6km, but hilly) to Kozarica (population - 28) and the great little beach there. There is Odysseus's cave and that is well worth the visit (we had a car that day) and other places around the island so worth exploring (of course, the lakes in the national park). The room had a terrace we would sit out at night, shared with two other apartments but a quiet space. This is a remote spot, not noisy or rowdy, come for the silence and for nature. the host is wonderful, warm and informative (she knows the names of all the winds and their effects on sea and air). We were warmly welcomed, they organised the car for us and always had a conversation, asked how things were going and always smiling and charming. A Perfect spot.

Nothing

This was our second stay here. Nice and clean room with kitchen. Ropa is a very quiet village, highly recommend for relaxing and Ropa beach is stunning. We loved our time here. Thank you!
