Very nice and clean

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There's everything you might need, even towels for the beach. The location is perfect - just a few steps from the beach and the city center. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Thanks for everything Mary and Costas!

Everything was excellent!

Mary and Costas are great and nice hosts. The apartment is wonderful, super clean and comfortable, perfectly suitable for a family of 6.The location is awesome - close to the beach, small markets, bars, restaurants and the historical center. All you need to pack is a toothbrush. Everything else was there and ready to use (tea, coffee, milk, honey, fresh fruit, sampoo, even the beach towels...).We enjoyed an amazing vacation week and hopefully will be back for more. Excellent location. wonderful accommodation. It is modern and equipped with everything that suits your needs. Air conditioning works perfect. Mary and Costas waited for us in the apartment when we arrived. There was fresh fruit, wine, orange juice, bread, milk, honey and jam, and all coffee options you can imagine. Mary and Costas are very responsive for anything you might need. The apartment is comfortable, very spacious and completely renovated. We could sit around the big diner table and eat together with 5. Location is perfect: close to the sea, 10 minutes walk to the new shopping area and 5 more minutes to the old city. There is no problem to find parking next to the flat. Costas also made arrangements for us to rent a car at the nearby car rental. The hosts were very kind and came with several recommendations for us. We will absolutely suggest this place to friends and family.

Everything was great! Hosts were amazing and attentive. Clean and spacious apartment...everything u need is there..even stocked the kitchen with food essentials! Location was great too..easy walk to the ocean side, plenty of restaurants and mini markets near by, rental car option is foot steps away and you can walk to old town! We rented a car to take a drive to Lindos and Gennadi. Highly recommend for a Rhodes island getaway!

Well, no words to describe the quality of the preparation of the apartment and kindness of the hosts. It just a perfect place for stay where you can find LITERALLY EVERYTHING. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, including two coffee machines, toasters (two as well), even paper towels and aluminum foil, The place is very bright with four balconies around the apartment. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms make it extremely comfortable. Cosy neighbourhood, a few steps to the beach and to the Old Town. Guests can stay in touch with the hosts who are ready to help if ANYTHING is needed. Two bottels of wine in the fridge made the first minutes just amazing.

The rating 10/10 is not enough to describe how comfortable and friendly the place is prepared for guest's needs. Sometimes finding the parking place could be demanding, but it is Rhodes, one should not expect that it would be easy :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at Costas and Mary apartment. Mary and Costas provided us with information before we arrived and during our stay which was very helpful. They met us at the apartment on arrival and were there on departure to see us off. The apartment is situated very close to the beach, around a 10 minutes’ walk to the new town shopping area with a further 5-minute walk to the old town and harbour area. It has many local mini markets for food and restaurants in the area. The 3-bedroom apartment, is located on the first floor of an apartment block, is well equipped, spacious, and modern with comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen area and two shower rooms/toilet. Wi-Fi is very good throughout the apartment. Not only was the apartment well equipped but there was plenty of fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, coffee, bread, butter etc which is a very nice touch and saves on an initial trip to the mini market when you arrive. The living area is very comfortable with big screen tv and a large dining table. We would personally recommend staying at Costas and Mary apartment should you visit Rhodes Town. We will definitely return.
