The Studio

It was a charming studio apartment, with an interesting decor. It was very quiet and had a good view of the surrounding area. It had a lift to get to the third floor with your luggage. There was a 24 hour maned reception. The hosts were very helpful and kept in contact. The Wi-Fi was good.

The shower curtain was not easy to keep in the shower tray so the floor got a bit wet. Some cushion pads on the wooden chairs would make them more comfortable to sit on. The fridge could be rather noisy at times, making loud humming noises.

The Studio was charming and a little funky. Rosie was a great host and very helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Naaah.... Given the price it was excellent. We were very happy.

The location was central, and easy to get to. The fridge was good. The cutlery and plates were good. The kettle was good as it was steel and not plastic. The soap provided in the shower was good. The patio set in the balcony was good. The fact there is reception on site.

Pillows were dirty and uncomfortable. The bedding was substandard. There was no hot water at 3am when we needed to shower before leaving for the airport. The hist knew we were leaving very early. The shower was very primitive and difficult to use. The lighting was not good and the one for the kitchen needed to be manually plugged in. There was only one outlet to be shared between the microwave and the kettle, which meant we had to manually unplug and plug every-time we needed to use one of them. The hangers were very cheap. It doesn’t much The way the unit is furnished is not practical nor safe. It is easy to get bedbugs from one customer to another. My husband was so much concerned that he couldn’t fall asleep. It is well decorated but not functional. For example the decorative suitcase in the form of a table is not only wobbly, and cannot even be used. The couch is not useable. The host invested so much time and effort putting nice paintings and being creative with decorations, but neglected the fact the average customer is more interested in having a clean, functional & comfortable place.

Fabrice met me at reception and showed me to the Apartment which was excellent. Great location and spotless apartment. I would definitley stop again. Fabrice was a great host.

All my boxes ticked - great shower, views of the sea and mountains, clean, comfy, bottle of water, coffee and tea, toiletries, quiet, great location. Amazing and friendly host (spoke good Englush too).

Small but lovely studio flat,with nice view from balcony,the owner very friendly.Everything what needed is in the kitchen plus water and free welcoming beer😊

The shower is too small and whole bathroom need a little refurbishment.

Very cosily decorated (also with art made by the talented owner), great use of the space, sea views from the sunny balcony, comfortable and very well located to explore Benalmadena by foot. The hosts were communicative and speedy on response.

Very clean AC worked perfectly Super friendly host Amazing location! Really fair priced Will absolutely be staying here again!

The studio was in a great location near the train station and plenty bars and restaurants It's small but has everything in it to be comfortable the decor was beachy and really nice. We will definitely go back
