the spaces were all very nice and comfortable for a family

the property wasn’t cleaned or ready. we came 3 hours after check in and it still wasn’t done. upon calling I was told that there was a mistake and the cleaning fee would be wave. I was charged the full amount and when I called about it was told that they talked to the cleaner and she said it was cleaned. how is this possible when she showed up when we were at the property and her exact words were “this isn’t cleaned”
