Excellent location with beautiful views. Above a bar but noise not too bad and quiet after midnight. Bar downstairs is great. Helpful and kind owner. Resolved a few issues quickly. Comfortable. Large and spacious. Newly decorated and furnished. Smart TV and good Internet connection a big plus, especially when travelling with teens.

Would benefit from aircon but not too bad with fans and sea breeze with balcony doors open. Grip rails in showers would help people with balance or mobility issues. Similarly, a walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom with good non-slip flooring would be good. Lots of stairs - can't be helped obviously - but less mobile people may struggle.
