No problem experienced with the check-in.

The apartment was only available from 17:00, which in my experience is very late if the check-out time is 10:00. Reception area is very busy around the time that everyone wants to collect their keys and do their check-in.

Reception responded to changed arrival times as a result of the road being closed due to heavy snow. The apartment was presented in a clean and tidy condition. The nearby shop is well stocked.

Snow/ice clearance on the walkways between the blocks was non existent during the stay resulting in very slippery conditions. The quality of the bed linen is best described as very mediocre. The storage space in the apartment is extremely limited. The ski track back to the apartment block was not groomed for several days resulting in extremely challenging moguls in icy conditions and the path that connects to the slopes was not treated for ice resulting in very slippery conditions.
