The location was great, 10 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop, 5 minutes walk from the beach, quiet and peaceful street, supermarket nearby, good restaurants within walking distance.

Die Lage war perfekt, ca. 5min zur Fuß zum Vaparetto nach Venedig, ca.5min zur Fuß zum öffentlichen Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage, parken vor dem Haus kostenlos. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Für Hunde ideal, die nicht gerne mit dem Vaparetto fahren. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Nice stay in Venice Perfect location for a congress meeting on the Lido island

The apartment is conveniently situated and easy to find. It's only about 5 min walk from the main vaporetto stop. The rooms are light, clean, and spacious. It has 2 bathrooms. There is virtually anything you might need in the apartment, from the dishwasher, hairdryer, and wine glasses to the coffee machine with capsules and various kitchen utensils. Gabriele, the host, is very welcoming and friendly, but he doesn't hover. He solves any issues (should any come up) expediently. I can truly recommend the place.

Gabrielle was an excellent host. We wanted for nothing. The property was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Much better than staying in Venice proper. The aqua terminal was about a 5 min walk and there was a very nice grocery store about 20 meteres away. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. It's perfect. I would recommend this spot to anybody and would definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment in the great, quiet part of Lido. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and boat lines to Venice and Marco Polo. Small patio with flowers and seating area. Great host. Amazing hospitality level.
