"Superb"

We loved our stay in the Sailor House. The facilities were excellent, the place was lovely and clean and the beds were super comfy! The hosts were friendly and even turned up within 10 mins when we locked ourselves out of the apartment! The location excellent. I definitely will see if the Sailor House is available on my next trip to Villajoyosa.

"Amazing location, amazing apartment. Must-stay!"

The location was incredible- beachfront and next door to an amazing restaurant. Great facilities and the hosts were amazing- they set up a travel cot and high chair for us. They even provide beach chairs! Fresh oranges on arrival was a nice touch, too.

The outdoor seating on the terrace could be more comfortable and better quality.

"Very good"

Location is perfect right on the beach front, apartment/flat is very clean and modern, host was very polite and friendly

Sleep was not great due to late night and early morning noise but it is a block with local people living also, some neibours in the block not seem to be very friendly

"Lovely apartment, so close to beach and all attractions"

Location was superb. Air con and fans were efficient. Well stocked with toiletries Perhaps a few more kitchen items such as tea coffee etc Welcome pack?

Patio area could be prettier but great space to have. Beach stuff not that comfortable- chairs all different and in poor condition. Beach brolly completely unusable as it was broken

"A superb place to stay."

Perfect location. Great facilities and excellent communication. VILLAJOYSA is a great little town. Not too touristy but plenty of restaurants and shops and a perfect beach. Trams to all areas along the Costa Blanca for 1.45 Euros a trip. This property was perfect for us, as we like to get out and about and come back and relax on the beach it is literally ten steps away. We took a tray down and ate breakfast on the beach, which is never crowded.

There is nothing I could say to improve this property apart from the bedrooms are a bit small, but that did not spoil our stay at all and there's not much can be done about that. There wasno welcome pack apart from 2 oranges and coffee, sugar, but good supermarkets close by, so it did not bother us.
