Sa Prenda

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e meno di 10 minuti di macchina dalle principali spiagge. L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito, la cucina è ben fornita; molto apprezzata la terrazza esterna dove poter mangiare con una bella vista ampia sulle colline di Villasimius. È stato davvero un ottimo soggiorno, lo consiglio!

Very nice and modern apartment without the usual clutter but with everything you need. Comfi beds and responsive host. Good, quiet location👌 perfect for a couple holiday.

Maybe the instructions for the garbage sorting could be a little better.

We had a lovely stay at Sa Prenda. The apartment has the perfect size for a couple or family of three. The furniture and equipment (e.g. kitchen supplies, air-conditioning) is very new, of high quality, and in excellent condition. Everything is very functional (e.g. towel hooks, plenty of shelf space, storage) and there is everything you need for a week or even longer. The bed is large (1.8 x 2.0 m) and very comfortable, unlike other beds we've slept in during various stays in Italy (and elsewhere). We also enjoyed the calm neighbourhood and sitting on the balcony in the evening and for meals. The proximity to lovely beaches is also great. The hosts are also very friendly and replied very quickly to our messages and tried to make our stay as perfect as possible.
