Dachgeschosswohnung, war klein aber okay, eine Waschmaschine stand im Untergeschoss zur Verfügung und unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen.

Die Lage ist super Anreise war mit Schlüsselbox unkompliziert Alles sauber

Super hellhörig! Warum in 2026 Wlan immer noch nur teilweise und nur in ausgewählten Räumen funktioniert ist mir ein Rätsel. Sehr dunkel, wenig Tageslicht, alles in braun gehalten - über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, bei dem ich mich auch in der Wohnung aufhalten wollen würde, würde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Es war sauber. Die Lage ist ideal. Für uns war es ideal.

10 Uhr am Abreisetag die Wohnung zu verlassen ist schon sportlich und wenn das Reinigungspersonal um 9:30 Uhr schon klopft… Wir fanden das befremdlich. Das war das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat.

"Schöner Schein..."

Lage gut, Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll.

Das Bett war leider eine Katastrophe! Die Matratze durchgelegen und ohne Topper, die Nächte waren eine Quälerei. Die Bettwäsche war ungebügelt, zerknautscht und fleckig, der Reißverschluss kaputt. Hinter der Matratze klemmte ein benutztes Taschentuch! Der für dieses kleine Zimmer völlig überdimensionierte Fernseher lässt sich nicht schwenken, man muss also auf dem Stuhl sitzen, um fernzusehen. (Vier große Stühle plus Dachschräge in dem kleinen Zimmer sind ohnehin sehr raumfordernd...) Für den Preis von 150 Euro pro Nacht fühlt man sich als Gast "abgezockt". Wir sind gerne bereit, einen solchen Preis zu zahlen, erwarten dann aber einen entsprechenden Gegenwert. Wir sind oft in Warnemünde, aber nicht mehr in diesem Appartement.
