"Tolle Lage - für kinderloses Pärchen ohne körperliche Einschränkungen"

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage! Direkt am Alten Strom und im Zentrum von Warnemünde. Strand und Promenade fußläufig schnell erreichbar. :)

Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen. Da sich direkt unter der Unterkunft ein dazugehöriges Gasthaus befunden hat und die Fenster zum Hinterhof dieses Gasthauses zeigten, war das Lüften aufgrund der Dämpfe aus der Küche eigentlich nur morgens möglich. Für Babys und Kleinkinder gab es ein Reisebettchen, leider jedoch keine Matratze dazu, weshalb das Bett nicht wirklich genutzt werden konnte, obwohl wir extra eine Unterkunft mit einem solchen Bett gesucht hatten. Obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben, gab es leider keinen Hochstuhl.

"Für eine Woche, ganz ok... für einen nächsten Aufenthalt, buchen wir lieber die Zimmer Rügen oder Poel..."

Lage war einfach perfekt

Es gab zwar eine Kochmöglichkeit, aber aufgrund der Bausituation (Dachschrägen), war ein Kochen nahezu unmöglich-leider. Ebenfalls sehr negativ: kein wirklicher Platz für Fahrräder und das Aus-/Enladen von Gepäck ist eine mittlere Katastrophe

"Ausschlaggebend war die besondere Lage"

Die Dachterrasse ist klasse 👍 Ein Hinweis: der Absatz bzw. die Stufe sollte kenntlich gemacht werden! Meine Frau wie auch ich sind darüber gestolpert. Sehr gefährlich ⚠️

Besonders der letzte Treppenabschnitt in die Wohnung 4. Die Wohnung hat sehr spitze Wände, dadurch Gefahr ⚠️! Stoßgefahr auch bei uns recht kleinen Personen! Besondere Gefahr geht von dem Brett über der Spüle aus! Die Ecke ist gefährlich ⚠️ könnte abgeschrägt werden! Und die sehr schrägen Balken sind Stoßgefahr pur! Mal den sogenannten „Kniestock“ in die Dokumentation einpflegen! das Besondere ist die Lage am Alten Strom und die Nähe zum Strand 🏖️

Die Lage ist absolut top ! Warnemünde am Abend oder morgens in absoluter Ruhe zu erleben war toll.

Küchenzeile war im Zimmer Poel zu klein und unhandlich.

Die Lage war perfekt! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und verfügt über eine Terrasse, super schön! Alles was sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Das soll nur eine Information sein! Da die Wohnung über einige Dachschrägen verfügt, ist diese nur eingeschränkt für große Menschen geeignet, ein verlängertes Wochenende geht aber unbeschadet.
