"Top Wohnung in Top Lage"

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum sehr schön. Vom ersten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, über die Lage der Wohnung bis hin zur 100 Prozentigen Sauberkeit der Wohnung, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem, was man braucht durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei Rückfragen reagiert die Vermieterin sofort und beantwortet die Fragen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!

Die Lage dieser Appartements war wirklich extrem gut... nur zwei Minuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt... die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top... und unkomplizierte u schnelle Kommunikation per Whatsappp

Leider hatten Vormieter die Fussbodenheizung heruntergedreht u es war am Anreisetag u in der Nacht recht kühl im Appartement... die Fussbodenheizung brauchte 6 Std um wieder richtig zu heizen... Suboptimal war leider auch die Parkplatzsituation... konnten für 20 Euro Euro nen Dauerparkplatz in einem Parkhaus am S-Bhf Werft nutzen... 20 min vom Appartement entfernt... mit Parkkarte holen u zurückbringen recht aufwendig... zum Glück waren wir noch sehr rüstig... und hatten herrlichstes herbstliches Sonnenwetter Und das extra Berechnen von Bettwäsche u Handtüchern für 30 Euro fürs Wochenende war für mich als kleiner Weltbummler bei einer Appartementanmietung etwas ungewöhnlich...

Die Unterkunft war gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut.

Das Parkhaus, wo der angemietete Stellplatz vom Vermieter war, lag sehr weit von der Unterkunft weg( circa 25 Gehminuten). Die Vermieterin wusste durch den Antrag für die Kurtaxe , dass ich behindert bin. Sie erwähnte einen anderen Stellplatz der näher gelegen ist , nur würde dieser noch einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis haben. Für den entfernten Stellplatz haben wir 70 Euro für 7 Tage bezahlt. Da hätte man uns auch den näheren geben können.
