Das Badezimmer und Bettzeug war sauber. Dies ist für mich immer sehr wichtig.

Unter der Ausziehcouch befanden sich sehr viel Staub und ein Plüschtier. Dies zeugt von keiner gründlichen Reinigung. Telefonisch nachgefragt, wo die Schlüssel abgeholt werden können, bekam ich eine sehr patzige Antwort von der Dame. Das WLAN Passwort mussten wir suchen, am Ende war es falsch und wir hatten keinen Zugriff.
