"The property was nice & clean on arrival but cleaners did not clean during our stay until we left,"

The location

We didn't do a lot of things because of the weather, it was raining most of the day, the was a storm on the night we arrived & it broke many trees & messed up the pool area, there were branches everywhere

Kids enjoyed the chocolates placed on the beds.

Reception was closed, unit needs attention in comparison, geyser & stove was switched off on the DB board on arrival, had to load prepaid electricity. Bathroom shower panels hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupant.

The location is good. Please change the Master bedroom bed...it's uncomfortable and small

Too much management confusion..Facility should have a central control otherwise as it is, it's so frustrating...
