Very little…

Requires maintenance. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Door locks were jammed and needed to be forcefully opened. it was disappointing.

Ease of access, aircons, layout and the large stoep was nice.

Maintenance issues: kitchen door hinges broken, sink plugs too small, a few scratches on the doors and walls. Poor lighting outside.
