"Sewage smell coming from the toilet drainage is very unpleasant"

Bed, pillow and blanket are seems clean

Toilet is smelly, sewage smell coming out from drainage. No windows in apartment can be opened, poor ventilation. Air con takes a long time to cool down. Apartment is overall not well maintained and not clean.

- The bathroom were dirty. Asking for help due to clogged drained but the staff not come check for it. - The air conditioner on second bedrooom are quite slow.

"Disappointing"

Good location, close to the harbour. Good security, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and relatively cosy appartment.

Location was confusing, we went to the hotel by mistake, and had to take another 15 min gojek ride to the actual location. There's no wifi at all.
