2 bedroom apartment with a/c Wi-Fi best location!

The property manager did not meet basic expectations of having a locking front door or a locking front gate. My partner and I discovered two days into our stay that the front door could be pushed open even after thinking we had locked it (the door handle also looked like it has been played with). When we brought this to the attention of Julita she offered us alternative accommodation and/or to get the lock fixed the next day but we were quite upset that due diligence was not taken prior to us staying in the space. We decided to seek accommodation elsewhere. We did not feel considered, heard or understood in our concerns and anxiety. She rejected any refund or compensation and has stopped responding to messages through booking.com regarding any kind of refund for not meeting baseline expectations of a locking front door.

La persona es una estafadora, su puerta no funciona y al utilizar la llave de la chapa que no sirve, la llave se rompió, al pedirle una copia de la llave te pide bastante dinero, despues al negarte a pagar esa cantidad, no te da la llave y te deja afuera sin contestar, esperando que tu forces la puerta de alguna manera para entrar, minutos despues aparece y te cobra la puerta como nueva, diciendo que la puerta esta dañada por las personas que estuvieron antes, pero que no debiste forzar la puerta si no esperarla, nosotros con un bebe en brazos caímos en la estafa, pagamos la puerta porque no dejo de insultarnos. El sillon que dice que se hace sofa-cama esta roto, no funciona y al reclamarlo dijo que por eso era el precio. Mi bebe se corto sus manos con el azulejo del piso que esta rota y ni siquiera esta pegado. Hay animales tipo chinches en todo el departamento.

La sen̈ora no solo nos estafo con su puerta, si no nos insulto y amenazo.

Super nice quiet location and walking distance to the beachfront area where all the restaurants are. The apartment was nice and clean and very comfortable, having everything you need to make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend it.

Great location. Close to everything. Great A/C in the bedrooms! I slept like a baby!

Everything was good.

The apartment was great. It was very spacious and suited our needs perfectly! We were 2 adults and 2 children. We spent most of the time in town or at the beaches, but we also cooked breakfast most days at the apartment.

We were on the primero Piso, or as we say in the USA, the second floor, but we rapidly got used to the stairs.

The barking dog at nite behind us / lack of windows / tv channels hard to access

Big, quiet and comfortable apartment to relax after a busy day. Excellent price. Close to the Centro but without the noise at night. Corner stores just at the entrance of the building. Buses come often and stop near the building. Taxis are a few steps away. Fresh homemade tortillas place across the street. Cheap food places on the way to the Centro. Very convenient to go to downtown. I highly recommend renting there. Julita, the owner is very nice.
