Location is great for us, check on efficient and worked well

We thought the duvet, pillows and towels were of poor quality. Towels too small and only one hand towel, pillows very bad and duvet not much use. I think for the cost the linens could do with an upgrade

Location was great. Just off main shopping street and near the train station to get into Central London.

Me and my husband slept on the sofa bed which was so uncomfortable. Hardly got any sleep the whole time we were there. Not enough cups or glasses. There was 3 of each but there was 4 of us.
