The location is amazing, the balconies are fantastic. Lots of space, nice shower and beds. Very well equipped with towels and kitchen accessories.

It would be good to have cushions on the balcony furniture, the seats were uncomfortable. Outside can be quite noisy, with the main road at the back and the promenade at the front. It didn't bother us but people should be aware.

De locatie, de authentieke Spaanse sfeer, het was netjes, handdoeken, badlakens , alles wat je nodig hebt. Zo op het strand, zo in de bus of bij de trein of lopend naar t dorp of Torremolinos. We konden op tijd er in. Heel goed geregeld allemaal.

Het enige wat ik miste is wat zon op t balkon, maar dat is echt mijn ding. Als dat voor jou niet uitmaakt is het n absolute aanrader.

Location was excellent. Views were amazing.

Apartment needs updating and decorating. Unable to use 2nd bedroom due to draught from ill fitting windows. No aircon and not enough sockets as one socket had an extension with 5 things plugged in the lounge. Not safe. Sliding doors were extremely ill fitting and wooden doors were sticking. Could be great if looked after properly.

The apartment has a beautiful ocean view and an excellent location, very close to the beachfront. The promenade nearby is perfect for walking, running, and outdoor activities, especially for families.

Unfortunately, the apartment needs better maintenance. Basic supplies were missing for a long 12 days stay (left over soap  for 1 day, no dishwasher tablets). The toilet flush button was broken. 2 portable heaters that were not working during cold weather, thin quilt in winter. Switches were old n every time outer piece came out of the socket. Outdoor curtains are extremely dirty. 1 kid bed was broken?/but making sound with slight moment. That was unplasent for kids. There was a privacy issue as neither the bedroom nor the bathroom door had a lock. The stay did not meet expected standards. I would definitely come if they make improvment. We have traveled to many countries and often stay in family-friendly accommodations. Even our children felt that the apartment was not clean and comfortable, which was disappointing. We are sharing this feedback sincerely and constructively, as the apartment has great potential due to its location and view. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and basic guest supplies, it could offer a much better experience.

Wenn die Ventilatoren durch Klimaanlagen ersetzt würden, wäre es absolut perfekt.

Een fantastische ligging aan de boulevard en het strand. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. De haven is op wandelafstand. Bushalte voor de deur. Er is veel reuring en gezelligheid voor de deur. In de nacht is het stil!
