Del Parque Flats - Puerto Marina

Location, excellent. Initial entering of the property not very easy to sort out with putting hand through gate for instance. Had to phone up to have clear instructions. Also, apartment door lock not very easy to use. Apartment itself was lovely, just as in photos. Very well equipped in kitchen. Just to be clear, our apartment had two bedrooms which were separated off from the kitchen, which was great, as read on other reviews that theirs didn't have separate sleeping areas.

We liked the great communication with Oscar. Easy key collection. A few welcoming treats left for us on arrival were a very nice touch. All facilities you need in the small kitchen. Nice balcony area.

Now this is not a complaint but rather a heads up to help other people in the future. The bedroom, living area and kitchen are all in the same room which is pretty small. The double bed is a fold back bed (folds into a tall cupboard), a separate sofa turns into a bed. Both beds are very easy to fold out and back again but still - a bit of a faff. Looking at the price of the apartment compared to what you get - great value just as long as you can live in a smallish single room. Better suited to 2 people only.

Ein Bad war nur benutzbar, da es nur kaltes Wasser im 2. Bad gab und die Dusche sehr keimig war. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht. Am Küchentresen gab es nur 3 Stühle, von denen einer kaputt war. Am Schuhschrank fehlte ein Knopf. Es schaute eine Schraube raus. Verletzungsgefahr! Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig. Wir müssten es vor Gebrauch erstmal reinigen. Sehr kalte und ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Möbel sind sehr verwohnt. Unter den Polstern der Couch war viel Dreck. Preis-Leistung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Absolutely nothing

Amazing location, Apartment a nice size. And clean.

On arrival, it was very confusing to where we were staying, as on the photo we received, it had red gates, but the gates were actually blue. They really need to update this. Apartment ok, but could do with updating the bathrooms are a bit tired and parts broken or not working. The towels they supply are not the best and are quite small. The freezer was solid with ice, so it needs defrosting. Bedroom pillows need to be replaced. Couldn't get the Internet to work. It would be helpful if they had an information booklet to tell people how to use the appliances, tv, and Internet. Luckily, we had our own Internet. We also had a problem for 2 days with only half the electric working and no hot water, but they did finally fix this 2 days after arriving. Would come back if these things were improved.

The location is stunning, a generous sized apartment very central to bars,shops, restaurants and the beaches, roof terrace even in November is perfect on a nice day. I would recommend this property/area to friends. Very helpful hosts.

The key situation was a little complicated having to download an app to get access, then a door code sent, maybe a short you tube video link before we arrived would be helpful. The gate was always locked but the main door which was locked when we got there was never locked afterwards? Quite noisy neighbours slamming doors upstairs also a very strong drain smell from the ensuite bathroom for a couple of days so we didn’t use it, (the other bathroom was perfectly fine) the odour eventually went but we kept the window open. The flat is spacious, but could do with freshening up the paint work and the furniture in the bedrooms broken. Even matching kitchenware/new towels would be so much nicer it’s all a bit mismatched. Also a safe would have been good.
