Cozy corner 2 bed apartment Island Puerto Marina

Location was excellent. Our host Paulina was very welcoming and accommodating.

Property view/size/location was perfect

Main double bed was very small and mattress hard so had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. Decor/Sheets/kitchen equipment very old and outdated.

This property is in a superb location on the marina. The appartment is on the first floor (there is a lift) overlooking the boats, meaning the noise from the nearby shops and restaurants is negligable, and can only be heard (quietly) from the balcony, not within the actual appartment. There are so many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, along with two very calm beaches two minutes walk in either direction from the appartment. The rooftop pool is small but usually quiet (we were the only users on two of the three days we used it) and has great views of the marina. The appartment itself is clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc. The property has two bathrooms which was very useful as we travelled as a family. Given that we travelled as a family of four, this appartment worked out less expensive than booking two rooms at nearby beachfront hotels where we have stayed previously.

I cannot think of any downsides to this property. The host asks for a 300 euro bond on arrival but this is repaid upon departure providing the appartment is left as found. This may deter some people but as long as you respect the appartment it should not be an issue.

The mattress on the double bed is very old and tired as it dipped in the middle when two people slept on it. Lovely apartment but furniture i.e. sofa's and bed needs updating, as all very worn no two glasses were the same in cupboard or mis matched. The towels were like sand paper. when you pay this amount on an apartment the small things are just as important

Beautiful appartment in an excellent location, could sit on Balcony all day and watch the boats going in and out .Appartment was very clean with comfortable beds , English channels on tv and perfect air conditioning, views from roof top pool and sunloungers were fantastic .. so near Beautiful restraunts in the marina , Pauline was great to deal with and was at the end of a phone if needed,nothing was too much trouble for her
