La disponibilità del proprietaria. La posizione del appartamento. (Vicino al centro)

La pulizia in generale. Soprattutto in bagno e in cucina. Maniglie, cassetti rotti. Camera piccolissima, infatti l'armadio era in cucina per mancanza del spazio in camera.
