"Very bad experience"

Size of the appartment. It is realy large.

Outdated gas heating system does not work properly Owner maked me sure heating is ON. But it was not. Outside temp was 5-6 C grade.... The apartment smells of mold.

The location of the flat is very quiet and really no noise at all can be heard at night. Car parking facility is extremely convenient, just in front of the apartment door.

For collecting the keys you need to go to an address located in Sarospatak centre, where you can pay just in cash (Euro or Forint no difference, with a correct exchange rate, which is not so frequent in Hungary).
