"Невелика затишна квартира на 2му поверсі. Оптимально за свою ціну."

Зручне розташування, поряд багато магазинів, аптеки, заклади харчування. Є місце для парковки в межах 100м від будинку.

Відсутність кондиціонеру (було душно), але є вентилятор. Було б добре якби були темні штори (типу день/ніч).
