Close to mediclinic, property is clean and I can't remember the cleaning lady's name she was so helpful and friendly.

My stay at this guesthouse in Bloemfontein was disappointing. The room was extremely small and did not even have a wardrobe or proper space to hang suits and clothes. During my stay, I had an important online meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM, which I understood was also the official checkout time. To avoid any inconvenience, I contacted management around 8:30 AM to politely request a very short extension until 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, the response was blunt and unaccommodating. No effort was made to assist, not even offering an unused space, lounge area, or any alternative where I could attend the meeting professionally. The parking situation was also very inconvenient, with limited space that makes it easy to bump vehicles, and guests constantly needing to move cars so others can pass. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this place.
