Really good location, great communication from the property manager

The bathroom in unit 2 was gross. Property manager moved our group to the penthouse, which we were appreciative of. But unfortunately the penthouse bathrooms were just the same. Please please hire some proper cleaners to remove the mould, soap scum and calcium build up in the showers. If it weren’t for the bathrooms being gross, the apartments would be a 10/10

The location was perfect, we booked the room with private spa LOVED IT! You must check the “Secret Garden” best nachos. Short walk to Waihi Beach and shops just below super convenient spot.

Only thing missing were tea towels or paper towels to wipe benches.

It is well located, close to the beach and restaurants. The property is well equip with everything one needs. Spa pool excellent! Decor in the property is beautiful.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Perfect location. Loved the large bath in the bathroom.

The spa wasn't great. We have a spa at home so are familiar with how to manage one. This one didn't seem very warm, although we tried to turn it up to a normal spa temperature it didn't seem to warm up. The water didn't look pristine. I admit I'm a bit fussy about spa's and their cleanliness so sadly I didn't use it. But love the bathroom bath which made up for it.
