Tanglewood

What a lovely property. Nestled away on a private compound on the outskirts of Trowbridge. When I arrived the Gates were open and Jim gave me the keys and gave me the run down. There was even some milk in the fridge. Any number of places are within easy driving distance. I myself visited Salisbury and Bath for the day. There is a pub and a petrol station shop within walking distance. There are several pubs and takeaways within a short drive. Trowbridge seems to have plenty of shops and facilities. The property itself is very comfortable. The view out of the conservatory/back garden is spectacular in the evenings. The wifi is also very good. Even the selection of DVD's is pretty good. I will probably return for a week next time.

Property is in such a great position for visiting multiple sites of interest and towns/cities It has a lovely garden and there's so much room inside with a large lounge and conservatory Beautiful views to the rear

It could do with better signage on main road, postcode shows it as slightly further down the road than the driveway is. Or even a photo of the drive on site so people can look out for it Property was clean enough but there were some areas that were a little worn

Property was excellent, and with fab views over the countryside, and lovely sunsets. Location was excellent for all the things we wished to do over the weekend. The Tanglewood hosts were excellent, friendly, welcoming - discovered they had moved here some years ago from our own area!

Very spacious and clean bungalow, with nice view. The kitchen had all necessary equipment for comfortable cooking, even coffee, tea and fresh milk were available upon our arrival. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come again.

There is nothing to complain about - everything was very good!

garden needs a fair amount of maintenance & tidying. view out of the front. entrance & exit a bit dicey.

Comfortable beds, plenty of space, sunny conservatory, plenty of hot water, well-equipped kitchen, easy parking, lovely view on to the garden, the owner responded to my questions promptly. The Wi-Fi was handy as mobile reception was a bit patchy. Plenty of plugs. The bench and hooks by the front door was very user friendly. The location was convenient.

The shower dial was a bit confusing - the pointer was opposite to how we expected so we had a cold shower before we realised. I could not find a sieve or weighing scales in the kitchen so we improvised. We struggled with the lock on the conservatory door. 73A was difficult to find. The location map for the property that we found when we came off the main road was not very clear.

Margaret met us as we arrived Quickly showed us around the property then left us to it Photos don't do it justice. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Property spotless. Lovely to sit in the conservatory during the balmy warm October weather. Stayed here as my son and family lived near by Great location for all amenities. We will return
