Great location and facilities, lots of lovely children's toys for small people. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The house was lovely and warm on arrival which given the cold snap was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the provided information folder was super useful.

very rude welcome over car parking , total lack of privacy with stairs shared with owner that had no door at the top also too steep for dog and elderly

It was very homely and welcoming. Everything you needed for a comfortable break. A lovely addition of a Christmas tree showed the owners had thought of everything.

There was nothing not to like

Our second visit to Tanglewood for our annual Longleat Festival of Light trip. Lovely property, fantastic hosts, with everything you need. Lovely and warm, nicely decorated with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend.

This year we found the mattress in the room with 2 beds a bit uncomfortable. The pillows are quite lumpy so we bought some new ones. Also the door handles for the bedrooms and toilet are extremely noisy, meaning we woke each other up at night when visiting the loo. To be honest, if we hadn't already visited, we would have nothing to compare to, but these things were minor issues this year.

Everything! The bungalow was spacious and clean and the beds were so comfy. It felt safe and secure and very peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful bungalow, very homely, comfortable and clean. Our toddlers loved all the toys! Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful inside and out. Super comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We especially loved sitting in the sunroom and enjoying the amazing view. The location was perfect for our various day trips. The hosts were delightful, responsive and attentive.
