Green Views Benalmadena

A nice, sunny, ground floor appartment. It is designed in an industrial style, looks really nice. There is air conditioning. Contact with the host is very good, he responded quickly and provided a cot for the baby. Beds comfortable, there are blackout blinds. Location in quiet area, close to marina and beaches and close to shops. There is a beach umbrella.

Very poor kitchen equipment, e.g. no knives (only 2 blunt small knives), blunt scissors, no tea towels, no oven mitts (and therefore difficult to use the oven), no bin bags, no cleaning agents. There is an iron but no ironing board (we asked the host for a board, but he said that in this place you iron on the table - we borrowed an ironing board from a kind neighbour). Very very dirty shower, grout all black and dirty. I had to buy cleaning liquid and scrub the shower. Garden chairs uncomfortable and defective. Better not to use the fan in the living room, because its cover is fixed on tapes and it doesn't look safe. The iron is old and dirty and we had to clean it. There is a hairdryer but it too is old and overheats quickly, making it necessary to wait for it to cool down before continuing to use it.

Just returned from our second visit at this very comfortable well menttained and stylishly furnished apartment. Set in a quiet tranquil location of Arroyo del la Miel. Close proximity to supermarkets x2 and only a short walk into town beach and Marina. Great communication with the host whom tends to his guests and property well. Look forward to return visit.

The location looks exactly like in the pictures, the garden is bigger than what you see in the photos and it is very well maintained and you are very close to highway, train station , beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

The owner was super nice and helpfull. When we had questions we could just text him and he helped us right away. The apartment was amazing and super comfortable. Maybe to comfortable, because we didn’t even wanted to leave at the end. I still cant believe we got such a nice appartement and service for the price we paid. If we ever go back to benamaldena we will DEFINATELY come back to green views. I would recomend this to everybody!

The walk from te beach back to the appartment is mostly up hill, and after an active dat its a bit heavy. Other than that absolutely no complaints!
