INMYSeriously very bad service by the staff , first check in there's leaking and staff just came to mop and then i texted the extension plug is not working but not reply from staff.
At night the sink pipe is leaking and whole hall is wet , when ask there's no other unit and 12am asking to find other hotel and at last saying refund !!!
MYThe image portrait was not same as per the website, asked to change they did, but same as the old place, the staff not helpful, didn't even bother to pick up my call, the toilet bowl broken, extra smelly beds were kept in the room , hall were worn out overall I wanted my money for nothing . Pls don't get cheated, booking.com never reply me nor call me back on my request

overall is not clean at all. is gross. the toilet tub is crack. the floor is sticky. the place is so smelly. its not even the same as the picture i book.
MYThere is painting workers crossing the balcony from time to time. This is quite distracting. There is a lot of vacant units, quite scary at night, not recommended for people who travel alone.
