The host is very welcoming and helpful, great communication. The apartment is clean, with everything needed to live in.

The location is perfect - near beach, restaurants and attractions for kids, the local shop was very comfortable advantage.

Spacious and location.

Toilet needs replacing, we were shown the problem but why not just replace ? Limited kitchen utensils made it more difficult to prepare meals. Having to clean most of utensils before using. This could have been 10 out of 10 with very little money spent to Improve facilities. Find it very difficult to accept Booking.com constant claim to free parking when it's clearly on street which means very rarely that you can actually park close to apartment. In height of summer, no chance !
