"Disappointing"

Nothing much at all.

The apartment is of a low standard and that's putting it kindly. The apartment I booked & address sent by Booking.com was not the same as the one sent by the host & the apartment allocated to me (different address all together) was nothing like what I expected from photo's seen. Communication was poor as the host spoke no English & the service was non existent. Apparently the host has five different apartment's. Therefore the information on Booking.com is extremely misleading.

"Left feeling attacked and robbed"

Ground floor access for our dogs

The lady that checked us in didn’t say anything about the dogs, the man that checked us (15 minutes earlier than arranged) out tried to charge us an additional €80 making the property €250 for four nights. We only had €50 on us so he started swearing at my partner and I. The bathroom door had been kicked and cracked on both sides, childrens stickers on the wall, pens scribbles on the sofa, a lock on the OUTSIDE of the bedroom door (weird), the balcony didn’t lock (don’t leave anything valuable in the apartment), the kettle leaked and the shower head flopped and pointed to the floor every two seconds.
