Las Encinas at Puerto Marina

I booked this places for four people and it was absolutely perfect. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having two bathrooms was a life changer, I recomend it to everybody! The common area was of a great size. The apartments has everything you might need for a short and long stay.

The location was great close to everything. Very secure place with an elevator.

The apartment below had two dogs and were barking as soon they heard noise. In addition major construction near by very noisy during the day. The couch in living room was very uncomfortable also limited seating you have to use kitchen chair to watch a movie. Very small space at the end of bed (10 inches between end of bed to wall and bed with drawers which met always be hurting your toes. Already mentioned in previous reviews no shower head (just hand held) in one shower. No towel holders No garbage cans in both bathrooms.

Weren't warned about all the building & road works. Noise all day. Television only seemed to cater for Spanish. One of our party was unable to go out due to fall so unable to watch television so spoilt holiday for him. No shelf inside shower so had to put toiletries on floor and had to keep bending down to pick them up to use them which was a safety risk as also there was no grab rail.

Beautiful light, modern and comfortable apartment in a great location. Well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet, but within walking distance of all amenities. The balcony was great to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Parking was a bonus. Communication and check in was great. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again.

It was a great location an apartment was extremely clean and great for a family of 4. Host answered all questions quickly and went above our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Difficult as it was perfect. It did say in details there was a safe but there wasn’t, this was not an issue as felt a very secure area with key entrance gate and front door also extremely secure apartment door.

I loved the property for its perfect location, close to the marina and the beach also it’s lovely and quiet area, but most of all it’s a fantastic, modern apartment.

Just the balcony doesn’t get much sun.

Great neighbourhood, convinient garage in building. APP is very well equipped and very comfortable., everything as described. Perfect facilities, basic things like coffie in the kitchen made my stay. Location great 10 min to beach, less to restaurants and supermarkets.

Really everything was great. If I need to find something, i would say we missed hangers in bathroom,.

The property was modern and clean, 3 golfer on our trip and it had loads of space for our bags. Owner was very accommodating and allowed our booking to move by a day when our flight was cancelled with no extra charge. Great facilities two shower room and washing machine and dishwasher - the aircon system was perfect no noise at all. located is excellent in a quiet area and very secure, but only a short walk to the port of the Main Street for shops or buses.
