Excellent location, very clean and cosy place, well equipped, thought thru, all our questions and troubles were solved immediately, communication was perfect (proactive, easy to reach, provided all the help ands support we needed, 10+!)

4th floor may be difficult to reach with small children, but the staircase is wide enough and not steep, so it was fine in the end :)
