Excellent location if you don't mind hiking a bit. Make sure you are physically fit before you visit the area and it may be colder than you expect since it is in the mountains.

Interior heating was so-so. Tricky to get warm water out of the showers.

The service of the apartment staff is very good, fast, thoughtful and enthusiastic. The interior decoration of the apartment is more beautiful than the photos on Booking. It is beautiful, clean and tidy. The overall facilities are complete, clean and new. It is very suitable for family living. Exceeded expectations, recommended. One note, the apartment is not on Google Maps, so it will direct you to a different location. Make sure to contact the staff for the correct location before you arrive.

We loved having the whole place. It was perfect for us as a family of 3 traveling with my elderly parents. There was ample space for everyone. And great there was one bedroom on the ground floor. We also loved the view from the rooftop.

We have been to Chefchaouen, but always wanted to stay in the old city. This riad is the perfect place to do this and get the full Chefchaouen experiance. Very good guide, parking place was arranged. The riad is very clear and is extactly like the images.

We had a wonderful experience at Dar Qaysar. Ayoub was a great host and helped is discover the city and it’s surroundings including Aqchour. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern settings, very quiet and nicely located.

Ayoub, the property manager made a huge difference in our stay. His generosity, kindness, hospitality, and going above & beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay in Dar Qaysar & the beautiful city of Chefchaouen. Ayoub’s family cooked us home made lunch & breakfast & it was the best food we had in Morocco! We will be back for sure & will be recommending this Day Qaysar, Riad to my friends & family in US to visit.

Gorgeous house, right in the heart of the town. Really nice and helpful host

A nice improvement would be adding a few string lights on the terrace, they would make it feel a lot cozier ☺️ we wanted to play cards on the terrace, but there wasn’t enough light

We thought the riad was beautiful. The rooftop was great for sunset. It was very clean and well cared for. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen and did laundry, which was perfect for the second leg of our trip. We had everything we needed and more.

The only thing that could have been slightly improved was the directions as to where to park when we first arrived. We parked in the right place, but we weren’t sure. Because we don’t speak French or Arabic, our hosts did the best they could to describe it to us. They were very patient, despite our shortcomings.
